Shipping Information
At LinguaSound, we're committed to getting your products to you quickly and safely. We understand that when you order translation technology and travel accessories, you want them fast so you can start your journey.
Processing Time
Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Express Processing: Need it faster? Select express processing at checkout and we'll ship your order within 24 hours on business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): FREE on orders over $50, otherwise $5.99
- Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days): $12.99
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $24.99
- Overnight Shipping: $39.99 (orders placed before 12 PM EST ship same day)
International Shipping
- Canada: 7-14 business days - Starting at $15.99
- Europe: 10-20 business days - Starting at $24.99
- Asia & Pacific: 12-25 business days - Starting at $29.99
- Rest of World: 15-30 business days - Starting at $34.99
Note: International shipping times may vary due to customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Logging into your account and viewing your order history
- Contacting our customer service team
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes for express or overnight shipping
- Military APO/FPO addresses (please contact us for special arrangements)
- Countries with trade restrictions or embargoes
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or building management. If still missing, contact us within 30 days and we'll file a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us immediately at support@linguasound.com. We can update your address if your order hasn't shipped yet. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (Black Friday through New Year's), please allow additional processing and shipping time. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your needed date to ensure timely delivery.
