Q: The earbuds won't connect to my phone. What should I do?
A: Try these steps: 1) Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone, 2) Reset the earbuds by holding the button for 10 seconds, 3) Delete the earbuds from your Bluetooth settings and re-pair them, 4) Restart your phone. If issues persist, contact our support team.

Q: Can I use just one earbud at a time?
A: Yes! The earbuds can be used individually for phone calls or music. However, for translation features, we recommend using both earbuds for the best experience.

Q: How do I clean and maintain the earbuds?
A: Wipe the earbuds gently with a soft, dry cloth. For ear tips, remove them and clean with mild soap and water, then dry completely before reattaching. Never submerge the earbuds in water.

Warranty & Support

Q: What's covered under warranty?
A: The translator earbuds have a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The cable organizer has a 90-day warranty. Normal wear and tear, misuse, and accidental damage are not covered.
