We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and all accessories included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products showing signs of use or wear
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@linguasound.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: We'll send you a return authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 24 hours.

Step 3: Pack your items securely in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Step 4: Ship the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Items: We'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

International Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs fees. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirmation. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other Payment Methods: 7-14 business days

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

Need a different product? We're happy to help! Contact us to arrange an exchange. We'll ship your replacement item as soon as we receive your return.

For faster service, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original item for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@linguasound.com with photos of the damage
  2. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund
  3. No need to return the defective item unless we specifically request it

Cable Organizer Bag: 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
